Q. Can I set up alerts to notify me about account activity?

A. Yes. Once enrolled in our online banking, you can receive alerts and reminders about balances & transfers.

 

Q. How are my alerts delivered?

A. You can set-up alerts via text message or email.

 

Q. Can I have alerts sent to more than one device?

A. Yes you can have multiple email addresses or multiple cell phones linked to receive alerts and reminders.

 

Q. How do I create an alert?

A. Once enrolled in our online banking, click "Other Services" and then click "Alerts". Follow the steps to complete the alert set-up process.

 

Q. Are there fees associated with alerts?

A. Once enrolled in our online banking you can set-up as many alerts and reminders as you like for free.  Standard messaging and data rates may apply and vary by carrier.

 

Q. How do I add/change a device?

A. In the "Other Services" menu, click "Alerts" then enter additional email addresses and click "Save" when finished.
